Job Description
• To support the ongoing Flight Test operations in both West Palm Beach, FL and at NAVAIR in Pax River, MD.
• In conjunction with Operations and Program Management, work to ensure immediate turnaround of all needs to maximize Air Craft (A/C) flight time.
• Work hand in hand with the Procurment team to identify sources of supply to ensure support of the Flight Test A/C in Aircraft On Ground (AOG) conditions.
• As part of the Delivery Assurance team within Supply Management, interface and coordinate with suppliers or groups of assigned suppliers to ensure the input of accurate and reliable commit dates into the Supplier Delivery System (SDS) Portal.
• Using SAP identify inventory in other locations for transfer.
• Work with suppliers to develop line of balance and Milestone plan and identify recovery to MRP for all shortage risks.
• Check previous suppliers for parts when current supplier schedules don't support customer need and coordinate with Supply Chain for issuance of PO's.
• Identify and investigate Tech Helps for priority closure.
• Follow established standard work to document issues related to the delivery of material and escalate to supervision when course of action will not mitigate the shortage.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, customer focused, environment, while maintaining effective communication with all internal customers.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Operations, or Production Operations.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools is required to create and maintain reports using pivot tables, vlook-ups, formulas, etc., and preparation of training material.
• Candidates will be interacting with all levels within the organization and must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Candidate should be team oriented and a highly motivated self-starter; able to think and operate independently.
