Job Description
Purpose of Job: The Repair Customer Service Representative is a key customer-facing role with the responsibility to ensure that critical support is provided for our helicopter customers operating around the world. Activities revolve around the rapid fulfillment of customers’ requests for repair of their assets to keep their aircraft in service. Using SAP, enterprise system as the primary processing tool. Must have the ability to analyze data, address issues and determine resolution of service issues in an often dynamic environment.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Daily management of newly requested customer repairs.
• Addressing customer quote inquiries,
• Creating and managing customer quotes
• Metrics maintenance and continuous improvement of existing metrics
• Sikorsky owned management from customer through to repair
• Customer and management review presentations
• Coordinating problem resolution with the Repairs Manager, CSS Aftermarket Account Service Managers.
• Coordinating with the rest of the Aftermarket Operations team as well as Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Programs, Export Compliance, Warehousing, Shipping and Quality organizations as part of fulfilling customers’ needs effectively while ensuring compliance in all transactions.

Basic Qualifications
Multi- Task, SAP experience preferred, MS office intermediate level in Excel and Power Point, Problem solver, Self-Starter, Works well with all team members, Able to present to leadership.
Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
