Job Description
This role is an excellent opportunity to impact Sikorsky Labor Relations through participation and implementation of strategies critical to achieving the operational goals of the organization.

The Labor Relations Analyst will take part in activities across multiple Unions and bargaining units as they relate to their respective collective bargaining agreements.

The successful candidate will support a variety of items, including, but not limited to, contract administration, contract negotiation, executive management/Union meetings and communications, policy review and implementation, and integration activities.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Managing transition and integration related activities and processes
• Supporting contract negotiations
• Creating, updating, and distributing a variety of reports internally and externally
• Supporting multiple management/Union meetings and communications
• Financial analysis / financial modeling
• Positive Employee Relations Initiatives
• Assisting with business-area wide LR collective bargaining and LR initiatives
• Lead specified projects in support of business and department initiatives

Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Familiar with working in a Unionized Environment
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Ability to interact effectively in a conflict environment and provide resolutions
Typical Minimums:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.

• Strong analytical ability, able to analyze information and form recommendations
• Ability to interact effectively in a conflict environment and provide resolutions
