Job Description

Primary duties of the job:
  • Ensure all fundings are processed within the PCM guidelines and credit policy.
  • Manage through any funding deficiencies, i.e. missing documents, incorrect documents etc.
  • Responsible for boarding and funding preparation for funding transactions
  • Provide support to customers from beginning to end
  • Provide support to internal Salesman
  • Work closely with credit, audit, operations and documentation departments
  • Processing Manufacture direct financing requests
  • Process Canadian request for financing
  • Act as a liaison between the business and the customer base.  Respond to all customer inquiries such as funding requirements/questions, statement questions, payment questions etc.
  • Contact customers regarding past due payments
  • Daily review of processed loans to ensure accuracy
  • Scan and upload completed funding packages


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in operations/technology project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience 
- Strong organizational skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under time constraints
- Ability to work as a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
